Video script for Monday.com (in Portuguese)

Client: Monday.com is a platform for strategic workflow, project, and task management.

Challenge: I was hired by a marketing agency in São Paulo, Brazil to help create video script content for a project here in the city. The goal was to set up a booth in a shopping mall and ask random shoppers if they knew what monday.com offered as a service. The challenge was to extract information about how frustrating it was to stay organized at work and how monday.com could benefit them.

Solution: I helped to write a script that focused on pain-point questions that could get people talking. We wanted to set up an element of surprise and have the interviewers not be so invasive. Our goal was to make the potential client as comfortable as possible so that they could be candid and lay out their biggest frustrations. That´s when we would present the benefits of monday.com
